Do I have to clean my suit before I send it back?

No - cleaning is covered in the hire charge - we will send the suit for cleaning when it is returned.

What times are you open? Do you open late some nights?

We open during normal shop opening hours EASTBOURNE: (Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm) HASTINGS: (Monday - Tuesday and Thursday - Saturday 9am - 5pm) If you need a fitting, please call us to arrange an appointment.

Why should I come to you for wedding hire?

Our expert fitters take a great deal of pride in a high standard of customer service and we have a huge collection of accessories available for you to choose from. With 15 years experience and extensive knowledge of special occasion and formal wear and prices that are attractive too, we go the extra mile to please our customers.

What happens if my suit gets damaged or dirty?

The price covers the insurance for accidental damage and expected staining at a wedding - wine or food stains, normal wear and tear etc - but this doesn`t mean you are covered for a no-holds-barred food fight!

When do I have to return my suit?

Please return your suit on the next working day following the event before 12pm. If you need to extend your suit hire please call us as soon as possible to make arrangements and there will be an extra charge for this.

Can you colour match cravats and handkerchiefs etc?

It is best to bring in a swatch of whatever material you need to match.
